certifying that the vehicle has been restored and that the V.I.N # is intact.
The second inspection:
MARYLAND STATE POLICE APPROVED.
Is the actual (M.S.I)Maryland Safety Inspection.
When this off-site M.S.I is completed this indicates to everyone, including the State Police that this vehicle met all the safety requirements like any other vehicle, therefore eliminating any questions about the vehicle safety.
